problem is, and you want this person to return over and over again to spend
more money. Ifyou test the hardware first, to remove doubts about failing
things and speeds,like when the fan starts to drag and the cpu is too hot,
so it slows down and reduces it's own cpu power?
You have to then clean the unit. This is part of how to make your machine not only
faster but run cooler. Dust is the enemy to heat and electronics, and smoke is
even worse. You need to have your machine serviced once a year, especially
if your experiencing any issues.
